TWISTED AND RING NAILS

Panekser produces twisted and ring nails for demanding wood joints, particularly where greater joint strength is needed compared to standard smooth nails. They are designed for producing pallets, wooden packaging, crates and other structures made from soft or hard wood.

Ring nails are most commonly used for soft wood, especially while the wood is still in its natural drying process, as the shape of the nail shank improves grip in the material. Twisted nails are suited to hard wood and applications requiring a stable, long-lasting joint.

Made from cold drawn steel wire with a tensile strength of 80 to 120 kg/mm². Available in diameters of 2.1 to 4.2 mm and lengths of 40 to 120 mm. Delivered in 25 kg carton boxes, packed on a wooden pallet.
